Vince Oldre started CFG Retirement (formerly named Assured Retirement Group) after he wanted to follow his fathers foot steps, Eldon Oldre. Eldon founded CFG Insurance Services in 1974 and was among the first advisors to use technology to make retirement plans. In 2001, Eldon developed throat cancer and survived. Shortly after in 2003, he sold to Associated Bank as Vince was only 17 at the time. Vince is continuing his fathers legacy and renamed his company to CFG Retirement to honor Eldon as he passed away in 2021.
